We stayed at the dynastic hotel in benidorm for 3 nights on an all inclusive basis the hotel is rated a four star but i would rate it a three star,check in was quick and we were given rooms on the seventh floor the corridoors showed slight wear and tear but the rooms were bright and airy and modern as this hotel was refurbished about three years ago there was a fridge that was free of charge and also a colour tv plenty wardrobe space also the usual safe this had a ten euro deposit and a charge of 2.30 euro a day.









The bathroom was modern and spotless with a bath and a shower over it the usual toilet sink and bidet.





The dining room was quite a surprise as the reviews were not that good but the food choice was great plenty to choose from breakfast was excellent four kinds of cereal,croissants lots of fruit ,cold meats but on the hot counter was english sausages black pudding beans scrambled egg plum tomatoes and fried eggs as well as boiled,also champagne and caviar which was a surprise.





Lunch again superb choice with the salad bar ,cold meats, cheese ,king prawns,two kinds of soup a good selection from the grill counter lamb chops paella ,chicken curry, fish and good variety for the sweet tooth pastries and cakes, ice cream .

The bar in the restaurant served jugs of beer,sangria, wine ,soft drinks.



Evening meals were good again a great choice with salads king prawns ,soups, fish,paella ,pork steaks, roast pork one night and roast beef and yorkshires the next with boiled potatoes and veg and plenty sweets and ice creams and fruit to choose from.



The main bar was not so good the staff were not friendly at all and seemed to serve everybody but you however the drinks were of a good quality we drank sangria and lager mainly the wine was not so good but the martini and baileys was fine.

Evening entertainment was practically none existent the daytime activities were rifle shooting, pistol shooting, archery ,killer pool also two table tennis tables.



There were plenty of sunbeds available but you had to keep chasing the sun due to the high buildings,the pool was small but adequate also there was an indoor swimming pool.



The check out was twelve o clock and the all inclusive finished then which seems to be what most hotels are doing,we didnt get picked up till 7pm as we flew at 11pm so just went out for a few beers and some food which is so cheap due to the competition you could get a pint just about everywhere for a euro until 7pm.



All in all we had a great holiday as there was eight of us and would i go back to this hotel yes i would but it would not be my first choice but it was a lot better than the reviews people had posted about it.

Nice to see a review of a Beni hotel.Not sure I could cope being on a high floor looking or posing on the balcony but that's a personal foible of mine.And I know that the tallest hotel in Europe is in Beni so that is defo one for me to avoid.Bathroom design looked nice (albeit compact).An interesting review Graham thanks.Are you going to tell us about the live acts you saw in Beni? (Not Sticky Vicky though).

yes its awesome 43 floors in a panoramic lift thats really fast.

You bas****s showing me that! There is no way I could stay in that.Just looking at the snap turned me.2 years ago we went to Dubai just after the opening of the tallest building in the world Burj Khalifa.En route from DBX airport to hotel the taxi driver stopped on a central reservation for us to get out and see the monstrosity.Elegant but giddy-making.

The way they have curved it, makes it almost look bowed.

Isn't it called the Bali or something similar!
