No that's Wednesday, Friday and Saturday mind you the way the moon was flashing around the screen one or two might have helped

Go for a monopod instead of a tripod, they are not as cumbersome to carry around

Tried to snap Venus this morning



I then cropped it, you can almost make out it's a planet, just a star to the naked eye

For others, you can tell it's a planet and not a star, one, by the size of it, -
it's bigger than a star, two, it doesn't 'twinkle' like a star, it's just a constant level of light.

Yes I dont have a tripod yet, the camera stops a lot of shake but zoomed in full, the subject zips around the screen but it's press and hope

You can also catch Saturn in the mornings del, it's in approx the 2 o'clock position from Venus, if venus is the middle of the clock hands.
