Been doing a bit of a Daryn this week, putting the blog & photo's together of the Tournament today, honest. I have been very busy at work all week, & I still have a pile of ironing to do from the holiday. So please bear with me, I hope that it will be worth it. Still got to find the score cards, to doctor, as well.

Well I was sort of waiting for you rather than post my pics and have them all over the place.
But I can start things off by showing the collective challengers for the 2012 trophy.



Some needed special eye protection as the previous evenings entertainment had damaged their eyesight



Lots were drawn as no-one wanted to play with Mick
So the tournie kicked off with the future champion being given a pre-nuptial tour of the course







One player had even lost their shirt on the pre match wagers!



As the scoreboard started to get higher, some players decided larking about was more fun

The level of concentration was building up



But some players thought the higher the score was the key to winning



A late entrant was refused permission to join for having an oversized club and for still having pyjama bottoms on



But one player was racking a decent score up. Even hiding dynamite on the course was seemingly of no deterrent

Heads were starting to sink with the realisation that someone had sneaked onto the course a few months earlier to gain an advantage



But smiles were still around for simply participating





A water bomb was launched in the hope that a distraction could be found against the runaway leader

The scorecards were added up, and Mick was found to be the runaway winner, so we got Mick McManus's younger brother to present the coveted trophy

With another successful tournament completed, it was time for the annual after tournie refeshments



With some deciding that as the sun was still shining, the day was not all lost
