| OK Ok lol it's a bit off the track i suppose, but i just have to mention this place as the portions are THE LARGEST i've ever seen! Good hot and tasty as well. My mrs had the liver and bacon, £6.60, it had NINE slices of liver!! I had the scampi and chips, it had SIXTEEN pieces of scampi!! Mug of frothy coffee and a mug of tea, all in, £17, can't be bad

| Good heavens Mark. That helping of liver n onions is obscene. It would do me 3 meals and if you put that much food on a plate in front of me I wouldn't be able to start it.Although it looks delish the sheer quantity would turn me up.I seem to recall liver n onions is one of moocher's faves too.For me has to be lamb's liver or calf's liver.Pig's and Ox too strong. |

| Lolol The Liver dish was just sooooo funny, my missus was looking at me after just two minutes and said I'm not even going to dent this... I don't know if you can see but there was carrots cauli new pots roast pots swede mash and peas as well You might also see the scampi came with a side bowl of battered onion rings as well! A quiet word with the manager (it's the second time we've ate there and it was the same before) and she has agreed that we can order one portion between us next time, with an empty plate... jeez that's the first time in my life that i've felt llike an old codger |

| Being gluttons for punishment, we thought we'd try their roast dinners today. Suffice to say that a picture says a thousand words! There's some Lamb under that lot in case you're wondering! |

| I'm not sure what the exact cost was mate, (about £ eight) - my mate picked up the tab as a thank you for coming to the caravan with us - I had home made steak & kidney pie with all the trimmings like a roast, he had cottage pie as above, his missus had a crab & seafood salad (salad bar trip as well) with tea's and coffee's it came to £35.

| The size of those portions! Just make feel sick seeing them.Same quality 25% of the portion would do me.Don't like being over-faced,same at home. |
