We called for a drink and to watch the entertainment Wired who atm are 1 of mallorca's top duo's
we was seated in the non eating area and ordered 2 pints of shandy 1 coke 1 bottle water .We was then told we put the kat bar sign onto a little holder when we wanted another drink so staff know we are waiting .The drinks arrived and we got 1 water,2 lagers,1 glass of red wine .We explained it was not what we ordered and they were swiftly taken back and 15 mins later our drinks arrived and was correct this time .The problem here IMO is 2 people go round taking orders with a hand held electronic pad and other staff bring your drinks .the duo started and was very good it consists of nicky stixxs on vocals and victor prada on guitar they do a great range of 70s,80s,90s, and even up to date music the energetic nicky dancing and full of energy while singing she made me feel tired just watching .we only was stopping for 1 drink but liked the duo so much we stayed for both sets and ordered another round of drinks via the sign on the holder method we ordered 2 shandys
2 cokes we got 3 cokes and 1 shandy .We watched the duo till they finished then asked for our bill we got a shock has we found 3 round of drinks on the bill .we looked and found we had been charged for the 1st round we sent back we pointed this out and was told well who had them .We again said we sent them back has they were the wrong drinks they then adjusted the bill but we found it was slightly expensive .the bar is situated next to house of katmandu and is a good busy bar with entertainment on most nights and if they get the problem of wrong drinks being sent [which i think is a language problem more than anything ] it will only get better
