We had an enjoyable 3 course meal here one night.
There was two 'menu del dia', and the more expensive one seemed to tick the boxes, Menu Especial.
We had the prawn cocktail starters, these were quite large prawns for a special menu, and firm and clearly fresh.
The service was prompt, not overly friendly or jokey, but efficient. The plates were quickly cleared and the main course followed about 5 mins later. It was hot and clearly freshly cooked, hadn't been hanging around. The pepper sauce came in a seperate gravy boat, this was just as we like, medium hot with peppercorns in it.
The steaks were cooked how we liked, medium.
A pause after completion of about the right time, was followed by the sweet, which was strawberries and ice cream. A good size portion, fairly well presented.
We finished the meal off with our half carafe of house wine.
The meal came to €38 which we thought was a good price for 3 courses of reasonable quality, including wine.
