I had a bad problem once with them and was trying anything for the pain, its was the worst pain ever, I tried warm baths etc but found ice in a freezer back shoved down me undies was the best relief lol

What about a very hot ruby & a good old Shxte?

Any injuries like that, then a bag of frozen peas helps and depending on the area involved you can refreeze them and eat them

Boy am I glad the meet is a week away and not tonight! Woke up at 3 am with a sore throat and now the inevitable cold is following on.Sneezing,generally feeling yuk,throat still sore and although it is to be dished up in 30 minutes time I just know I won't be able to eat my Sunday roast dinner.
