We returned from Palmanova after 10 days on 24th may & are going back for another 10 days next thursday 17th june - oh lucky us!

So looking forward to it again! I know this is very greedy, but we are going again on 22nd sept for another 10 days - what a great life

We have been going for about 8 years now, at least twice a year. Used to stay at Rosa del mar but that got quite expensive as time went on, so now we always stay at C'as Sabonners & love every minute.

Hiya Deb welcome to the funny farm I have a feeling that you like Palma Nova somewhat, am I right?
I take it you go back on the 2nd of October, thats a shame as we have a meet up at 5pm on the 3rd at The Piano Bar?

Oh yes, we love it there, we have made some good friends over there too.

We do come home on the 2nd unfortunately so we will miss the meet up

We were supposed to go out on 15th april then june so there was a few weeks gap between holidays, but the Ash cloud canceled 4 flights in april, so I moved the whole holiday to may. Hence 3 & 1/2 weeks between them!

At least it has given me time to come home & do the washing lol. The june holiday was booked last august as we are bringing our daughter & 2 grandchildren, then friends are coming out on sat 19th so there will be 12 of us altogether Hope the weather brightens up, the forecast for next few days is rain....!

C'as Sabonners are great little apartments we have stayed there before, mind I have to ask Deb have you won the lotto having all these jollys so close together lol.

No, it was meant to be april, then june then sept, but the ash cloud put pay to april. We enjoy going just the two of us but the june trip will be 12 altogether, inc our grandchildren.....hence september on our own again!!

I always do DIY so we get flights when they are just released then use alpharooms usually for accomodation so we do it quite cheaply really.
Don't think we could do it if we had to rely on travel agents!

As you say, C'as Saboners are great apartments, they have everything we want & are not too expensive.

We only need a bar, a pool & a sunbed & we are happy bunnies

Donkey likes it on this forum because he keeps getting zapped on TA, last time it was a question to ManchesterGolfer about the foam partys at BCM, he wanted to know "being complete Ass partys" and TA thought "Ass" was an inappropriate word

before you ask debdon, donkey and moocher are the same ass n person that tours palma nova selling pots n whistles .dadsbarmy keeps donkey so short of money he is saving for a mail order female donkey to retire with so me n donkey go halfs on all profit
