Hi Andrea.Welcome.As you are Italian is Andrea a male name?In UK it is definitely female.

Cala Major is well positioned.Convenient for Palma and next resort to Illetas.On main bus routes to Palma Nova and Magaluf although only a few Italians holiday in those resorts.They are mainly British.Lots of well-priced restaurants in Cala Major to choose from including Italian although you would probably say they are not authentic.I used to get a No 3 bus from Illetas where I was staying into Cala Major (only a short bus ride) for the better choice of restaurants.One Italian resto I visited offered pasta dishes with 2 different prices for the same meal.Standard price and then 2 euros extra for freshly made pasta.Not sure I would have guessed the taste difference.
