Hi We are an English couple and have a bar/restaurant in Santa Ponsa.Seating for about 70 inside and out,mainly international cuisine.We would like to introduce English breakfast and a more cosmopolitan bistro type menu for evenings.
We are looking for an English/Spanish speaking experienced cook/chef to work on a split shift basis,hours to be agreed.To be responsible for all food stock control and kitchen cleanliness and to formulate a new menu in conjunction with the owners.Position to start May 2011.
