Ok, I've booked flights only for now, seeing as they are only £55 each.
Just a flying visit for us this time round. We'll be arriving Sunday 7th Oct at lunchtime, returning home Wednesday evening 10th Oct, 3 night trip

Haven't booked any cases, seats, transfers, hotels lol. I figure at £55 each for the flights I can afford to let that go if something turns up over the next 10 months!! and we decide not to go

Okey dokey I'll get mine booked up when I get home from work. I've tried for flights in other parts of Spain but Majorca was the cheapest believe it or not

All booked up 7/10/18 to 11/10/18 cheapest price we have had for years £191.96 everything, seating, luggage, priority boarding, got to now just to have your hand luggage in the cabin Not as cheap as you guys get down south but a better deal than we have had for years.

Was that with EJ or RA mate?

Flights booked Sunday 7th October until Friday 12th October £139 return for both of us including case of 23kg. Didn't go for seats or anything else, we thought we have got a Brucie Bonus.

I will probably add a 23kg case as well later on, so that'll be about £150 for the 2 flights all in, £75 each, still a good price.

I only went for 3 nights as, well, we're not sure yet but might be doing a 'proper' holiday somewhere in early September

The case was nearly as much as the return flights for both of us.

Not sure what bcentre means but we are almost half way there compared to you

Dont forget the eco tax is double this year right upto November. I think this year Majorca will do well, next year I think their will be a massive drop in tourists.

Last night I was looking on Melia site and saw Gaudalupe for £25 each a night B&B . I have just looked on the site and its gone, they are only showing two hotels now for our dates FFS

It might come up again yet mate (Guadalupe) as they get cancellations as the year goes on.
I haven't booked a hotel yet either, partly because I need to get one of my up coming breaks out of the way so I can use the points to get a promo booking discount. (On Melia I mean)

Yeah I saw that too. Aldo that new hotel on the old Jamaica site was £400 on Friday yesterday I could book it non refundable for £266 room only though. I might just hang fire, dont want to commit myself to a non refundable one. The old Trinidad was also still showing £166 non refundable B&B thats still the better deal when looking at other hotels.

The other thing restricting me on Melia hotels is that a lot of them have a 4 night minimum stay policy

Sue has booked me through BA arrive 28th. September open return with 5 nights at the Guadaloupe 315 inclusive , I suspect an ulterior motive because it includes a 23kg checked luggage, which is something I have never travelled with

That is a shame mate, most of us arrive on the 7th of October.

We have just booked a few days 7th (arrive early hours of 8th) till 11th October.
We have a wedding fayre on 7th so have gone for the last flight out, arrive silly oclock early hours on 8th.
