We didn't stay here, but whilst walking around we went through a few different complexes, and here we got talking to an owner who has a superb one bedroom ground floor apartment, with large patio area.
He kindly showed us around, and the pics speak for themselves.











This resort has a spectacular double pool area, loads of sunbeds available, the only issue I can see with the place is that it is publicly accessible, as there are private restaurants all around the perimeter, which also leads into an under cover shopping centre.













The owner told me that he paid 40,000 for the apartment, 27 years ago, and that someone recently offered him 340,000 for it, not sure if that was £'s or €'s though. But certainly a nice looking place.

That certainly is a nice looking place Mark, & the guy has multiplied his investment nearly 9 fold.

Trouble with Parque Santiago 3 is that the pool area is so good. Guests in PS1,2,4 and 5 can also use it if they wish. It is still one of the most popular complexes in PDLA though.

The owner must have been talking in pounds. Otherwise he paid 40000 pesetas !!!!

It looks fab but we had a look around one day and wow it was a mass of bodies, all them sunbeds but non spare. I hate crowded places like that I just dont feel comfy
