So we duly set off heading towards Sant Elm, which I have also seen it called as San Telm & San Telmo. We went past Santa Ponsa, Peguera & Andratx & through S'Arraco on the only way in & out to Sant Elm. The roads were a tad narrow & bendy & not really designed for buses coming the other way.
Well we arrived at Sant Elm, which was a small type of resort, but walking round it there were quite a lot of Bars & Restaurants.
This was the view after we had parked up walking down to the sea.
Just across from Sant Elm was Sa Dragonera, Dragon Island, which was a National Park some 4 kms long. With a ferry to & from it, which when we were there it was quite busy.
You can make out the Dragon's head in this photo.
Some more of the Dragon's body & Sant Elm around the bay.
The other side of the bay with a small sandy beach & one of the few Hotels in the resort.
What a fabulous view from this seat looking out to sea.
I would say this would be a great place to spend a long weekend, as there was enough to do for a few days & nights, by what we had seen there. Include a trip to Dragon Island, also plenty of Bars & Restaurants to choose from.
