MAKING A RESERVATION
Reservations are confirmed when we receive your home address details and a contact telephone number; you will then be sent a Confirmation Form and Driving Directions. It is very helpful if you can tell us approximately what time you expect to arrive here and, if coming straight from the Airport, your flight number.
Payment must be in Euros cash at the end of your stay; sorry, we do not accept Credit Cards.
Cancellation- There is no charge if you have to cancel before your holiday is due to begin but please have the courtesy to let us know if you cannot come rather than just not turning up.

Just to say a few things about Casa Ianda.Mrs WS and I stayed at Brenda's B&B in Sun Room last October for just under a week.It was so different from our usual hotel holidays in Spain and better for that.The villa is up a steep hill hence the panoramic views over Lake Vinuela to the mountains beyond.A car is essential (and not just for getting up the hill!).There is space to park behind their car in their drive.Brenda supplies road directions from Malaga Airport.I did take a wrong turn as I exited the motorway at a large roundabout but it was dark and no fault of the directions.I soon realised my mistake.I had asked Brenda to lay on some supper and wine for when we arrived and she dished up tasty hot and cold tapas and a bottle of red which all went down very well.

She has compiled a gazette of local eateries within easy driving distance of Casa Ianda and we tried quite a few.Her descriptions were spot on.Eating and drinking out prices are very reasonable and noticeably cheaper than on the coast.The nearest seaside town is Torre del Mar (30 minutes+) which has a massive beach and a large shopping mall on the fringe.Nerja and Torrox Costa are another 15 minutes further on.There are some small villages near to the villa but they are working villages not holiday resorts and the car is needed to get to them.

If you like tranquility and don't crave Magaluf type partying then Casa Ianda has a lot to recommend it.Especially the hospitality from Brenda and Ian.They are discreet yet seem to know just when you want them around.Her cooking is ace and you won't get such good quality food and bar drinks at such modest prices in any hotel known to me.And the hosts are flexible over meal times and menus.

We flew out of Malaga (AGP) on Wednesday evening 6pm on Jet2 bound for Manchester following our stinking hot week in Marbella. After take-off over the sea our doubled back route took us directly over Lake Vinuela (I recognised it by the shape).Where you live is idyllic for a peaceful life.

Yes - that is a frequent route out of Malaga WS.

Why didn´t you drive up and come for a bite to eat with us!

By the way, how are you both keeping well?

Didn't hire a car this time as a car is a pain in Marbella.Very little free parking and paid parking is expensive though plentiful.I said to Mrs WS this was our 4th time using Malaga Airport AGP in 8 months.1st time was our holiday at Casa Ianda in Oct 2010.Med Cruise starting in Malaga Nov.Marbella in Feb and June/July.Is it any wonder I am drawing my holiday horns in from now on?
