I will add my review and pictures to Wirral’s. Firstly, what a setting, wow!! For the first time I’m not really checking out the hotel on arrival. The location is breathtaking. The sea is calm and the temperature is hot, hot, hot. We go to reception which is on the top floor of the hotel. We are on the second floor of the hotel which we go down to. The dining room is on the ground floor so up for reception down for dinner. This is a bit confusing for somebody who is directionally challenged like me. First things first, I checked out the view and we had a fabulous view of the smallest beach . The colours were vivid blues and turquoise.

The rooms were a fair size for the three of us. As many TA reviews stated the decor was tired and dated but the rooms were clean and functional. This was true of the hotel in general.
Dinner was being served when we arrived so we went down to check it out. To be honest the food was very much typical 3 star all inclusive. It was plentiful and mostly hot. I’m not complaining as we never went hungry and enjoyed some of the food but I am not sure why it was rated 89% in the Airtours book. The Sol Mirlos food is rated 69% if memory serves but I’m sure it wouldn’t be so popular if the standard was much inferior to the Don Pedro. Anyhow will be able to make the comparison soon.
Drinks in the all inclusive deal included sangria, San Miguel beer, fanta, coke, sprite, water, slushies, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, local wines and some cocktails. Initially I was suffering with reflux despite having medication but I found if I laid off the sangria and watered down the coffee, things settled down.
The outside bar was open most of the time as the weather was good.

It turned cloudy on Friday at about 3.00pm (When Debs arrived maybe) It was still showery the next morning so an indoor bar was opened for the morning.

The terrace area was a pleasant place to sit in the evening.

We did end up going to watch the entertainment as teen boy would have been bored on the terrace. We avoided the mini disco by trying to eat around the time it was on. Each night there was a quiz. We mostly lost by one point to a team of about 7 to our 3 so respectable scores. Then the obligatory round of bingo followed by a show, karaoke or Mr and Mrs. Got put in Mr and Mrs by teen boy and was mortified. affraid Still we threw ourselves into it and lost to a couple who had met that night. Suspect
Over all, the hotel was warm friendly and relaxed. You mostly helped yourselves to drinks including at dinner which I think is a shame as it reduces the tips people are likely to leave. There was just a general pot to leave tips in which I think discourages people. I certainly would not rule out staying again particularly if accompanied by kids but I would love to go self catering at CSV. Will review the resort later.

Edited to add, it was impossible to get a sunbed as seems to be the norm these days but we prefered the beach anyway so not really a problem. Two beds and a shade were 11 euros.

Sadly no DB. We did lose quite a few pictures, not sure how. We lost some of the rooms and outside of hotel and also some on cala Molins beach and local shops. We still have a fair few but will post on a resort review. Mr R and teen boy hired some bikes and spent the day sightseeing. He got some amazing shots so will join do his own review when he has time. He cycled to Formentera, it looks breathtaking. Apparently it was on the uphill stretches sob

There was alot of cheating going on Beeech, thats all I'm saying. The Mrs was in her sixties and the Mr was in his 20s. I think she just grabbed him out the audience.
