It's the same County

Well - Cork is a huge county . . largest in Ireland, actually.

Only yesterday, SG told me that when we went to the beach the other day (half an hour's drive) that he was surprised that we were in the same county.
I told him that the day we went to Barleycove (2 hrs drive) we were still in the same county . .
He was flabbergasted

It feels like we're on holiday TBH Its about 45 min journey from where we were before & a 5 - 10 min walk to the beach

Daughter & Grandchildren are coming down sat so we plan to have a stroll down there ....if the weather is ok

We had a wander down New Romney high street yesterday, they have a butcher, greengrocers & 2 hardware shops that sell everything from a single nail to a saucepan set. Rare these days

What's an extra bonus is that you are in, in time to feel what summer/warm weather will be like next year.
We had a similar feeling last year, being in the caravan for 3 months during the summer.

The trees like the warm weather and grow much faster

Yes Mark, it has been lovely here so far, warm enough to sit out IF we had the time

DB there are NO tree's near me, I made sure of that before we bought this place And we have a brilliant Sky signal

Don't know what the BB will be like but this dongle is doing me fine so far

We are actually in St Marys Bay but it is in New RoMney
