I'm wondering whether any of the supermarkets in Cala d'Or sell something called Fry Light? If anyone can let me know, that would be fab.

Eroski have announced a 50 % increase of stock this year, on English (and German) brand name products, (perhaps i should say British?) so you might be in luck with them.

I've seen 'Flora Light' for sale there so is that a silmilar product?

well the fry light gets lost in the advertising, as the 1 cal on the lid is so prominent

Yes, that's the stuff. It's one calorie per spray and I'm following the Slimming World plan so I can use it do cook fry ups and all sorts! I was hoping to be able to get some when I'm away because although I'm not going to stick to the diet rigidly (that would be an awful thing to do on holiday), I want to cook as healthily as I can when we're not eating out.

It is a product I don't use but I have seen it for sale in the Carrefour Hypermarket near Palma airport
but I am sure you would get the same affect by cutting four locally grown olives (mallorcan olives are known to contain oil)
rub them between your palms and wipe them over surface of your frying pan (before you heat it)
