| Hello all, Should have come here first to introduce myself, how rude sorry. I am a 40 something married lady with two teen step kids. I have been to a few different countries but have recently developed an interest in seeing more of the world. My other half and I enjoy walking and spend some long weekends in the Peak district. I also love Scotland and appreciate roughing it a bit in a tent on occasion. I feel like my festivals days are coming to an end however.
I have greatly enjoyed reading peoples reviews and seeing their pictures. There is certainly lots of food for thought. I already have some ideas for next years holiday (assuming I still have a job) Pesky recession.
Thank you all for such a warm welcome and such a positive response to my first attempts at some reviews. I will be sure to take the time to take some pics on our next holiday.
Fiona x
PS I think the link to the forum was on a review for the Don pedro hotel which we have booked for summer. We are taking my step son for his first time in Majorca |

| Hi roamer.(I have a cousin named Roma). If you have not been before to H Don Pedro,Cala San Vicente I wouldn't pay too much attention to the latest disparaging review of it on TA.He said he went in January 2011.The hotel closes for the winter as does most of CSV.And in January one wouldn't be on sunbeds in CSV anyway! If I was determined to see fair play I would report the review to TA but frankly I can't be bothered. |

| Thanks for that Wirralscouse, I always get a bit suspicious when reviewers mention other hotels but they plant the seeds of doubt. The hotel quality is a little more relevant if its all inclusive but the reviews are overwhelming positive so we are looking foward to our break. We have been to Palma nova and Cala dor before on a working holiday. Didn't have much time for relaxing or sightseeing. |

| Nothing so exotic i'm afraid Daryn, I work with people with learning disability and I was supporting people on their holidays. We only went for a week each time. Back then several people went together so it was hard work just making sure everyone was hydrated and not sunburned. |
