I love the Piano Bar early on but you can't chat there really, it's more suited to a 2nd night meeting.
I know we like the Orion Bar but the Three Brothers bar next door is good as well, and then there's F & C's dead opposite if there's going to be a meal after, - or even a meal before might suit some.
I have to eat and digest a good 2 - 3 hours before starting to drink these days, so I'll probably be eating about 4 or 5 pm ish if we're going to meet up about 8 o'clock?

Just heading off on the 22nd September until 6th October. You guys are a week later this year !!!

Its nearly almost the first Sunday of October if you aim for that date you should always bump into someone. Watch out for the dates for next year, we normally try to work it out around November time for the following year as easyjet release their dates December/Januaryand we want to try and get them as soon as possible for the cheaper prices

Not being funny but the Orion bar beer is rubbish, we have said that the last few years on the trot but if its there then I dont mind.

Now me and Debbie went to Bondi Beach bar on Magaluf beach next door to Sol Wave House last year, it is a really up market bar facing the beach and believe it or not was cheaper than the Piano bar but its a nice chilled out place with fantastic views. This is just a suggestion for a change but honestly not bothered where we meet at the end of the day just happy to see you all again.

As for food me and Debbie will defo be going back to that restaurant next door to the Piano bar and some stage, it was really nice.

Been on a few weather sites and the week we meet up looks very hitty missy again this year, infact it looks alot worse than last year. The beginning looks terrible, lots of thunder storms. But we will see weather predictions can be wrong. I read that the weather has been up and down all summer, I checked the Palma live cam today and the sky was black.

We have been to that bar Daryn, myself & Becky are ok with that a very nice place. Also Robinson Crusoe's is just along the paseo if we wanted to move on.

What time is everyone arriving on Sunday?
We land at 12.40 their time, will be at the hotel about an hour later but Arsenal are the early kick off so will watch the 2nd half there and have the early beers there.
We will be leaving for the airport at 6 am here so won't be looking for a late night the first day, was thinking that we could meet for early evening drinks maybe at somewhere like Godfathers? 5 p.m. ish?
I like the look of the other bar by Sol Wave house, we've been past it several times and stopped there during the day before, but not at night.
As we've only got 3 nights we want one early evening Piano Bar drinkiepoo, also want a steak from F & C's at one point, - that could be the same night as the Piano Bar though if it's a Tea time drink.
Only have one other night and also wanted Papis Bar at some point.
I've noticed what used to be Canto's was refurbed and re-opened last year, that looks well plush as well. Just throwing a few ideas out there.
I agree that the Orion beer is naff. Cheap and cheerful. The beer next door in the 3 brothers is quite good.
But Peroni in the Piano Bar is lush....

Mark try that little restaurant next door to Piano bar the steaks looked amazing, we had pizza which was brilliant but most in there were eating steak, rack of ribs etc it looked fantastic

That is definitely on our radar for a visit this year. We land on the Sunday at 9.30ish so should be in resort 11ish.

We might have both

Almost certainly we will go in this order, due to only having 3 nights there.

Sunday, Godfathers approx 5pm ish, as football is on. (not saying we can't go on from there after a while/football finishes)

Monday, (meet up?) so we thought Papis on the outside verandah about 8pm ish, can go inside after having chatted then.

Tuesday, Piano Bar 5 - 5.30 ish, will be having a steak after (might try the place next door).

Hope that's sort of going to fit with everyone?
