Where's the best place (apart from Palma), to find a good selection of tapas bars please?

Most towns have a selection of them nasus, but to list all of them for each town would be a bit of an exercise

Magaluf beach far end as far as you can walk has an excellent bar called El Último Paraíso Restaurant they do nice tapas although Im not sure if that resort is a place you would like to visit
