The clock is counting down, until take off time at 7.50pm. Becks has had to work until 1pm, then we hope to set off at about 3.15pm.

Have to say that most of the Utd fans I talked to after the match were hands up no excuses about it. One just said that when Arsenal are good they are very good and would be a match for any team in the world. And that they were good today, simple as that.

For me, I think they still lack a killer instinct. Man U were wide open and 5 or 6 goals were there to be had. A fantastic morale boosting result that would have been. OK three nil is a good result but it's not really putting teams to the sword is it. The knock on effect on the next team you play is that they are hindered by keeping their defensive line intact.

Still, I'll take it
