Hi everyone!

I'm Cameron (24 y/o) and I've just moved to Palma de Mallorca from London, UK. Currently attempting to find a job in the city which is proving a little more difficult than expected. It seems the lack of German language (and not being a girl) is more of a barrier to casual employment than not being able to speak great Spanish!

My background is design, I have a degree in product design and was a graphic designer when I left London. Now I'm looking for Bar/Club/Pub/PR work, or anything where I can meet people, improve my Spanish and enjoy myself. I'm here minimum until October.

I have plenty of people experience, having working as a Student Ambassador for my university, as well as a lot of experience working with children. Happy to forward on my CV to anyone who is interested in adding a personable, honest, dynamic and hard working individual to their team!

Thanks Daryn, I'll check that out! I've been looking through the spex.santaponsaexperience Facebook page and have applied for a few jobs I've seen on there. Unfortunately the Mallorca jobs Facebook page a few people have mentioned is a closed group and my join request was never accepted, not sure it's really active anymore?!

The resorts is the place to head though mate. Palma (City) is a bit more closed shop (as you're finding out...)

Thanks for the tip Mark. I'm going to try my last ditch attempt tonight by visiting Palma's big nightclubs with a bunch of CVs in hand. Failing that I'll start looking over in Magaluf, which is about an hour away by bus so is JUST about within commuting distance   

The 104 bus is a bit quicker than that Cameron, less stops and about 20 -25 mins from memory.
