Tuesday was a little overcast in the morning, so we decided to go out and about for a drive, no particular direction, just to have a look around. After touring around Palmanova and Magaluf, we headed for Cala Vinyes, and we then headed for the next cove up, called Cala Falco. I'd not been there before.
We was journeying through barely residential areas, so funny that it's just a couple of miles out of Magaluf yet so *very* different.
I stopped to take a pic of some of the flowers overgrowing garden walls.
Eventually we came to a sign indicating that the proper road had stopped, and that Cala Falco was down a dirt track.
Undaunted, we headed thataway
I was fearing that this might turn into one of Delboys famous walks, but in a car it wasn't so bad. Nice scenery along the way.
A few goats even stopped chewing and looked, not sure that they'd seen a car before
Eventually the dirt track started levelling off
to reveal...
A really small cove with a few sunbeds, and one beach hut with coffees and snacks.
which is normally accessed via foot, and then by stairway
The cafe bar guys pretty much look after the area and have made a few seating areas out of old pallets and stuff. Simple, but effective.
Jan amused herself anyway
